I am showcasing the digital drawings for my latest project. This post includes 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom digital drawings created in CadSoft. I provide digital drawings as part of my design fee with all my Design Projects.
Products in the drawings are representations of what are on the material list. Sometimes I make alterations to the colour and definitely the measurements so as to accurately reflect the space.
In the image below I could not locate the rattan wall decor and had to modify elements. It is not perfect but clearly shows placement and the effect.
Same issue with the wall sconces. These fixtures were the best I could find.
I have designed a sliding door with a mirror that will lead to the new bathroom rather than a pocket door. I have specified a very modern track system but this pic shows an industrial design.
Here's what is behind that sliding door. A renovated bathroom! A hanging vanity with his and her basins, a walk in shower and stunning flooring.
Onto Bedroom #2
This bedroom lost the closet so a wardrobe will flank the bed and a dresser on the other side for balance. The carpet specified for this room is a luscious blue with a darker blue bed frame. Up in the corner, you can just see the new ceiling fixture/fan.
Bathroom #2
With digital drawings, glass doors around a shower obscure the view so I have removed them.
Bedroom #3
I really like the grey and yellow of this room. Not depicted is the magnolia wallpaper. The bunk beds are custom built and "just" fit in this compact room.
